Sheesh!

April 21, 2012

What can I say? We got 15 cms of snow yesterday! These are my feet (nice, Walmart knock-offs, eh?) while I was looking around to see what was happening this morning.

These little guys are actually the chinodoxia that I showed you in my last post. They are little survivors though, not to worry.

And here is my back perennial border.  I actually kind of like this shot, because you can get a good look at what the shape of the actually bed it.  You can't really see it well when flowers fill it all in!

  1. Great photo of your pink shoes in that bright white snow. :) Enough to make you us all crazy this year with this weird weather. No snow here but it sure is cold.

  5. Oh, my! I hope it melts quickly! I read on FB that snow is expected in the east somewhere, I don't remember where. I thought we were finished with winter!

  7. Snow is so disheartening at this time of year isn't it? We had a couple of really cold days here, snow flurries, but no accumulation. Today, it was pleasant and warm again. I think next week we are in for another dip in the temperature though. The weather has certainly been a wild ride this spring!

  8. Hi, just stumbled on your blog. We have been working on turning a property of plain dead grass into a cottage garden as well. It has been fun! The perennials are just starting to go crazy after a few random days of sunshine! Nice work on yours as well!

Comments are always welcome!

If you have a question, I'll respond on your own blog, if you leave me the link! I'll also answer questions here (in case anyone else is interested).

I had to start 'moderating' the comments because I was getting so much spam, so if you notice your comment doesn't show up right away, that is why.

Happy Gardening!
